PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
An acrylic water-based screed.
INTENDED USES
For filling blemishes, cracks, and holes on masonry surfaces and patching up surface imperfections on plastered walls.
SURFACE PREPARATION
- Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free from all defective or poorly adhering material. Remove all loose material from cracks and open joints.
- Where necessary, surfaces should be thoroughly rubbed down, using ‘wet flatting’ methods where possible, then wipe off with a damp, lint-free cloth.
- Allow to dry for at least 6-8 hours before painting with an appropriate PCMN product. Ready for use.
- Dampen the area to be made good, using a clean damp sponge and then press the filler firmly into the defect, using a clean putty knife. Leave a small excess of the filler to allow for any sinkage and rubbing down smooth when dry. Should be applied within 1mm thickness for better results.
- Sand the surface with Emery Paper and wipe clean before application of subsequent coats.

Use water if necessary.
Method of Application
Putty knife or steel trowel.
Work Stoppages
All unused materials should be stored in tightly closed containers. Partially filled containers may show viscosity increase or skin formation of material after storage.
Product Characteristics
This product is not intended for use in aggressive, corrosive environments and immersion services.
Hazards
No significant hazard.
Handling Requirements
Ensure there is sufficient ventilation of the area. DO NOT handle in confined space.
Storage Conditions
Store in a cool, well-ventilated area. Keep container tightly closed. Store at 27C +/- 2C.
