PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A Non-toxic, premium quality, interior and exterior satin acrylic emulsion. Good opacity and scrub resistance.
INTENDED USES
An exterior/interior grade quality acrylic emulsion for applications to a wide range of substrates including common concretes, plaster walls, brick, and block work.
SURFACE PREPARATION
- The performance of this product will depend upon the degree of the surface preparation.
- All surfaces to be coated should be dry, clean, and free from contamination.
- All old, flaky, and peeled paints must be removed and sanded smooth.
- All holes and cracks should be filled with a good filler paste and sanded smooth.
- New surfaces should be allowed to cure for at least 14 days prior to painting.
NB. All Screed surfaces must be primed with PCMN Primer.
APPLICATION
Mixing
Stir thoroughly before use.
Thinning/Cleaning
Use water if necessary.
Method of Application
Brush, Roller, or Airless Spray.
Work Stoppages
All unused materials should be stored in tightly closed containers. Partially filled containers may show viscosity increase or skin formation of material after storage.
Product Characteristics
This product has a high opacity and good resistance to mild algae and fungal attacks. It is a two-three coat system. Contains Non lead pigments.
Hazards
No significant hazard.
Handling Requirements
Ensure there is sufficient ventilation of the area. DO NOT handle in confined space.
Storage Conditions
Store in a cool, well-ventilated area. Keep container tightly closed. Store at 27C +/- 2C.
