PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A Non-toxic, premium quality, interior and exterior grade acrylic emulsion. Excellent colour retention when subject to UV exposure and is available in a smooth matt finish.
INTENDED USES
An interior and exterior grade quality acrylic emulsion for applications to a wide range of substrates including common concrete, plastered walls, brick, and block works. It is available in a smooth matt finish ideally suited for residential properties, public buildings, hotels, schools, hospitals, shopping malls, and barracks, etc.
SURFACE PREPARATION
- The performance of this product will depend upon the degree of surface preparation.
- All surfaces to be painted should be dry, clean, and free from mould and other contaminations.
- All old flakes and loose paints must be removed and sanded smoothly.
- Holes and cracks should be filled with the Promascreed and sanded smoothly.
- Plastered surfaces should be allowed to cure for 14 days prior to painting.
NB. All Screed surfaces must be primed with PCMN Primer.
APPLICATION
Mixing
Stir thoroughly before use.
Thinning/Cleaning
Use water if necessary.
Method of Application
Brush or Roller.
Work Stoppages
All unused materials should be stored in tightly closed containers. Partially filled containers may show viscosity increase or skin formation of material after storage.
Product Characteristics
It is a one to two-coat system. This product has a high opacity.
Hazards
No significant hazard.
Handling Requirements
Ensure there is sufficient ventilation of the area. DO NOT handle in confined space.
Storage Conditions
Store in a cool, well-ventilated area. Keep container tightly closed. Store at 27C +/- 2C.
